In an era where so many of people are working or studying from home and have more flexible timetables, Islamic Centre of England is holding few live interactive discussion with different speakers and topics such as weekly webinar on Quranic Lifestyle.
New series of the weekly webinar on Quranic Lifestyle is held live every Thursday at 18:00 on virtual networks such as Zoom, YouTube and Facebook. However, this week it was held at 17:30 due to Maghrib prayer.
The First session of this webinar, which was held on Thursday, March 18, 2021, has dedicated its topic to the following subject:
“Social and Spiritual life from Qura’n “
In this meeting, which was addressed by HIWM Sheikh Ayob Rashid, he delivered his speech for approximately 35 minutes on the subject of the meeting.
Sheikh Ayob Rashid is a graduate of the Islamic Seminary of Qom, Iran (HAWZA). He has a BA in Islamic law and MA in Islam and Community Studies from the UK and is also a qualified Muslim Chaplain from the Markfield Institute of Higher Education in Leicester. He is a lecturer of Advanced Studies in the Islamic College of London; he has lectured across the world and inspired audiences from 4 continents with his talks.
At the second part of the meeting in the Q&A section, the meeting’s moderator, Mr Seyed Mahdi Abedi, asked the questions raised by the participants in the meeting and the speaker answered them.
The session, which lasted 50 minutes, ended at 18:20.
