The Islamic Centre of England, with the grace of Allah (SWT), is holding its Holy month of Ramadan programmes two hours before Maghrib Adan.  

The Second Week (Day 8 – Day 14) Schedule:

5:30 pm Quran Tarteel Recitation

Sun 10th April – Sat 16th April 2022

🕡 6:30 pm – Arabic – HI Sheikh Saeed Vaezi

🕖 7:00 pm – English – HI Sheikh Afzal Merali

🕣 7:30 pm – Farsi – HI Seyed Asadullah Avaei

Ramadan Children Activities at 6:30 pm

Adhan Maghrib and Onward: 

  • Congregation Prayers (Jama’at) of Maghrib & Isha
  • Serving Food (Iftaar)
  • Duaa Recitation (Related, Iftitah or Kumayl)
  • Quranic Gathering (Only a few nights)

The topics of the lectures would be: *Quranic Lifestyle*

The programs continue with congregational prayers and iftaar and end with the recitation of the related supplication of the day.

Insha Allah the Arabic speech will continue until the 15th of the holy month of Ramadan.

The second week, the lecturer in English will be HI Sheikh Afzal Merali and the lecturer in Farsi will be HI Seyyed Asadullah Avaei.

In the third week, the English and Persian lectures will be given by the esteemed director of the Islamic Center of England, HIWM Seyyed Hashem Mousavi.

Week 4 HI Dr. Jahangir will deliver a speech in English and Persian before the Adhan time.

Also, during the week of Ghadr nights, the Urdu speech will be added to the programmes.

Also, from the 17th of the Holy month of Ramadan, there will be a series of lectures in Urdu.

Covid 19 Notice:

There are no longer limits on the number of people you can meet. This means there are no restrictions on group sizes for attending communal worship. Legal requirements for social distancing no longer apply and you will not need to stay 2 metres apart from people you do not live with. There are no legal restrictions on the number of people that can attend a place of worship, including at significant life events, such as bar/bat mitzvahs, private baptisms, and naming ceremonies.

There is no longer a legal requirement to wear a face covering. The government suggests that you continue to wear a face-covering in crowded and enclosed spaces where you may come into contact with other people you do not normally meet.

Children:

Parental or guardian supervision of all children under the age of 18 is required at all times while attending this Centre.

This Centre does not accept liability for any accidents, injuries or losses incurred.

Car Park:
The centre does not provide a car park for visitors.

Street Parking:
Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 18.30 pm only for permit holders
Saturdays: there are some free street parking spaces available.
Sundays: Free street parking is available on all streets.
