قال الإمام علي (عليه السلام): مَنْ أَبْطَأَ بِهِ عَمَلُهُ لَمْ يُسْرِعْ بِهِ نَسَبُهُ.
كسى كه كردارش او را به جايى نرساند، افتخارات خاندانش او را به جايى نخواهد رسانيد.
