Weekly Classes on Islamic Ethics Begin

The Islamic Centre of England has launched a new weekly lecture series titled “Islamic Ethics: A Weekly Lecture Series on Moral Development”, led by Seyed Hashem Moosavi. The sessions take place every Thursday evening after Maghrib and Isha prayers at the Centre’s main hall on Maida Vale.

Rooted in the teachings of the Holy Qur’an, the Prophet Muhammad (s) and the Ahl al-Bayt (as), the series aims to nurture the mind and soul through reflective thought, spiritual growth, and enlightened inner transformation. The programme seeks to deepen the community’s understanding of Islamic ethics and moral refinement in contemporary life.

Each session is followed by Dua Kumayl, creating a spiritual atmosphere that blends knowledge with devotion. The lectures are open to students and community members alike, offering an opportunity to engage with ethical teachings from the Islamic tradition and the wisdom of great scholars.

The initiative reflects the Centre’s ongoing commitment to moral education and spiritual development, encouraging participants to cultivate sincerity, self-awareness, and ethical conduct in their daily lives.

The series continues every Thursday at the Islamic Centre of England, 140 Maida Vale, London, W9 1QB.
