Holding the 63rd session of weekly webinar on Parenting

In an era where so many of people are working or studying from home and have more flexible timetables, Islamic Centre of England is holding few live interactive discussions in different speaker and topics such as weekly webinar on Parenting.

The weekly webinar on Parenting is held live every Saturday at 6:00 p.m. on virtual networks such as Zoom, YouTube and Facebook.

The 63rd session of this webinar, which was held on Saturday, 26th February, 2022, at 18:15, dedicated its topic to the following subject:

The Importance of Parental Behaviour in Raising Children

In this meeting, which was addressed by HIWM Syed Asad Jafri, he spoke for 40 minutes on the subject of the meeting.

Syed Asad Jafri was born and raised in Toronto, Canada.  After completing his bachelors in the IT field, he pursued his hawza studies in Qum in 2004 earning a second bachelor’s degree in the field of Quranic Sciences.  He is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Islamic Theology from the Islamic College in London.  He resides in Toronto where he serves the greater Islamic community.

At the second part of the meeting in the Q&A section, the meeting’s moderator, Ms Somayah Marhoon, read the questions raised by the participants in the meeting and the speaker answered them.

The session, which lasted 60 minutes, ended at 19:15.
