Dr. Ali Al-Awsie has qualified Bachelor of Science in Quran and Arabic Language in University of Baghdad 1975 and MA in Islamic Studies in Cairo University 1981 and PhD in Qur’an and Hadith Sciences in University of Tehran 1995.

He was manager of the Tebyan School and he was also in charge of the Arabic Section and Teaching the Holy Quran at the Islamic Centre of England, .

He was Professor at the Department of Graduate Studies in the International University – London.

He has written books on interpretation and sciences of the Qur’an and in addition he holds more than two hundred audio and visual Quranic lessons.

He has an extensive study on the interpretation of al-Mizan of the Allama Tabatabai and another extensive study on: The Quranic Efforts of Sheikh Muhammad Jawad Al-Balaghi (two books printed).

He passed away in 2022 and the Islamic Community missed his services in the field of Quran and related sciences.
