Dr Amina Al-Yassin is a GP and a fellow in child and adolescent mental health. She has undertaken training in child counselling and coaching as a youth mental health first aid trainer and is the programme manager of Hikayati, a personal development, mentoring and wellbeing centre for orphaned children in Iraq. She is a mum of two young children and believes that there is no such thing as a perfect parent.
