Sister Iman Mary Odonnell has a BSc in Dietetics from Leeds Beckett University.

She submitted a PhD in Nutrition in 1992 to King’s College, University of ‎London and was awarded MPhil Nutrition. ‎

She worked a Registered Dietitian for thirty years in the UK, Ireland and the ‎Middle East.‎

She is a former Lecturer in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Ulster ‎and worked as a Senior Clinical Dietitian and teaching in Afghanistan in 2014, ‎‎2017 and in 2020. ‎

She is currently studying for Level 4 Certified Nutrition Diploma (Association ‎for Nutrition certified at Level 3, CPD Service accredited) and working part time ‎as a Care Professional in companionship care for clients with dementia ‘for a ‎multiple award winning company in Northern Ireland, UK.‎
